Bobby L. Quick dismissed of all charges

An operating while intoxicated charge against Bobby Lee Quick was dismissed Wednesday.

According to Jasper County court documents, Quick’s blood alcohol content on the Datamaster was .071 at the time of the test. Assistant Jasper County Attorney Keely T. Bennett recommended that the charges be dismissed. Judge Terry Wislon agreed and dismissed the case.
