• A 14-year-old female was charged with fifth degree theft and cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age after officers were called to Walmart at 3:34 p.m. Wednesday. She allegedly stole hair dye products and two bottles of vodka valued at $44.85. Her case was turned over to juvenile court authorities.
