Jordan Daniels joins Drake men’s basketball

DES MOINES, Iowa – Jordan Daniels, a 5-9 point guard, has joined the Drake University men’s basketball program, head coach Mark Phelps announced Wednesday, Jan. 16.

A native of Fontana, Calif., Daniels is a transfer student from Boston College where he played in all 31 games last season as a freshman with 25 starts.

“Jordan is a guy who has proven he can play at the highest level as a starter in the ACC,” Drake head coach Mark Phelps said. “He brings quickness, poise and composure to the point guard position as well as really outstanding three-point shooting . He will be a great addition to our program.”
