Winter wildlife at Lake Red Rock
Newton resident James Wilson McKinstry recently took a leisurely drive around Lake Red Rock with his wife to break in a new camera he received for Christmas. Although he didn’t manage to capture a photo of an eagle soaring overhead, McKinstry did get several shots of pelicans and geese splashing in the chilly water.
