Robert Heather and Regan Seiler, both of Newton, announce the birth of their daughter, Rowan Jane Heather, on Jan. 4, 2013, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.

Grandparents are Joe Heather of Mitchellville, Stephanie Majava of Bondurant and Marv and Laura Seiler of Van Meter.
