Jenna Ulrey and Christopher Peters are the parents of Tayah Marie Peters, the last baby to be born at Skiff Medical Center in 2012. She was born at 12:55 p.m. Dec. 30 and weighed 5 pounds, 5.8 ounces. She was 19 1/2 inches in length.
