Mark J. ‘Marky Mark’ Renwick

Mark J. “Marky Mark” Renwick, 60, of Beltsville, Md, formerly of Newton, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at the Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham, MD. As per Mark’s wishes, he has been cremated and private family graveside services will be held at a later date.

Mark had been an active and outstanding member of several American Legion and VFW posts in the Baltimore area since his discharge from the Army in 1979.

Survivors include his siblings: Catherine (Gary) Bemiss of West Union, IA, Margaret “Peggy” (Larry) McMurray of Maquoketa, IA, Ellen (Jim) Guyer of West Union, Jacque Green (Gregory Bruns) of Newton, Britt Renwick of Newton, Mary Jo Renwick of Newton, Jim Renwick of Des Moines, Jeff (Shawn) Renwick of Cottage Grove, MN, Robin (Jeff) Brain of Newton, and Rick (Char) Renwick of Irving, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.
