Tigerhawk wrestlers place fourth at tourney Saturday

The Colfax-Mingo wrestling team took part in a tournament hosted by Woodward-Granger on Saturday, finishing fourth in the team standings.

Sophomore Jimmy Abell led the Tigerhawks with a championship at 106 pounds. He went 2-0, pinning both of his opponents to raise his record to 6-0 to start the season. Senior Dylan Albright placed second at 170. Four C-M wrestlers placed third on the day. They were sophomore Cody Brodka (145), Clayton Brown (152), junior Chad McLain (160) and sophomore Brandon Byal (285).
