Lloyd D. Van Wyk, 60, of Omaha, Neb., died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at Lakeside Hospital in Omaha.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at the First Baptist Church in Monroe with burial following at Silent City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church. Condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com.
