Capitol II Theater grand reopening
Newton’s Capitol II Theater reopened on the downtown square Friday evening with showings of “Here Comes the Boom” and “Looper.” The theater will be getting “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2” Thursday, with showings at 10 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. Friday morning. Advance tickets now are available at the theater or by calling (641) 792-FLIX (3549).
