First Newton National Bank collecting items for food pantry
First Newton National Bank is collecting items and cash for The Salvation Army Food Pantry through Thursday.
A list of things needed — nonperishable food, paper towels, soap, etc. — is posted in the bank lobby. Also, 14 cents buys a pound of food, so monetary donations are welcome.
