Casey’s to sponsor June K&N race at Iowa Speedway

Officials at Iowa Speedway have confirmed that Casey’s General Stores has signed on to be the title sponsor for the Newton track’s NASCAR K&N Pro Series ‘East vs. West’ challenge race on Saturday evening, June 7.

Now known as the Casey’s General Stores 150, the late spring event will feature a large group of entries from the West and East divisions of NASCAR’s premier regional touring series, and will showcase stock car racing’s future stars from both coasts in a 150-lap contest over Iowa Speedway’s fast 7/8-mile tri-oval.

“We know the NASCAR K&N Pro Series ‘East vs. West’ challenge has been a very competitive race the past few years, and has created genuine excitement for race fans,” said Bob Myers, president & CEO of Casey’s General Stores. “Casey’s is delighted with our first opportunity to sponsor this exciting challenge between up and coming drivers from across the country.”
