Jeff and Sara Guthrie announce the birth of their daughter, Sophia Jean Guthrie, on Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.
Sophia has one sibling, Kaylee, 4.

Great-grandparents are Barb and Dale Richards, Jim and Patty Swank and Illa Guthrie, all of Newton.
