Adam and Noreen Otto of Newton announce the birth of their son, Kieran Joseph Otto, at 9:59 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012.
Kieran weighed 10 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 22 inches in length.
Grandparents are Mark and Gaylene Otto of Colfax and Edward and Suzanne Bush of LaCrosse, Wis.
