To the editor:

Nov. 6, all registered voters in Jasper County will have the opportunity to elect a new sheriff. I hope everyone will take the time to do some research on who will be the best leader for our county law enforcement. After comparing the two candidates, it becomes obvious that Steve Hoffman is the right choice.

During his 21-year career in law enforcement, Steve Hoffman has excelled in every area. He is a born leader and has the administrative and management skills necessary to bring our Sheriff’s Office up to the highest standards.
