How to Cast your Vote in Jasper County

Polling places will be open from 7 A.M. until 9 P.M.

Checking In

Jasper County is one of 57 counties in Iowa using the Precinct Atlas computer program to verify voters. You may also have the bar code on the reverse of you driver's license scanned to expedite the check-in process.

Voting

You will be asked to fill out a declaration of eligibility statement in order to receive a ballot, which will be labeled with your verified voter information. Next, cast your vote!

Will I need my ID?

You will only be required to show a photo ID if you are registering to vote or updating your registration. In this case your ID must be current, have a photo, and list your address.
