• Kali D. Messerli, 35, of Newton was arrested at 11:04 p.m Monday at Maytag Dairy Farm on a Jasper County warrant for possession of methamphetamine. She was taken to the Jasper County Jail.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
