Newton JV volleyball tops Grinnell, 2-0

The Newton JV volleyball team picked up a 2-0 win at Grinnell Tuesday night, topping the Tigers by scores of 25-12 and 25-20. The win makes the Cardinals 9-14 overall and 1-3 in conference play.
Junior Felicia Fischer had three aces, nine kills and three digs. Junior Sydney Bergman had three kills, 23 assists and four digs. Sophomore Madison Dlouhy had eight kills and three digs. Junior Nikayla Hoffmann had four kills and three digs. Sophomore Rylie Udelhoven had two aces, three kills and two digs. Senior Sarah Tingle had four digs.
