Maytag Pool dog swim on Aug. 23
The annual dog swim at Maytag Pool is set for 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23.
The cost of the event is $5 per dog/person. For safety reasons, only one handler (16 years and older) will be allowed to enter the pool area with each dog. Handlers are not allowed to swim during the event. Spectators may watch from the pool pavilion or from outside of the fence.
