• Nissa N. Kinyon, 21, of Carlisle was arrested at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday on a Jasper County warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial conference. According to a sheriff’s office report, Kinyon is facing charges of child neglect. She was apprehended by the Carlisle Police Department and transferred into the custody of Jasper County Sheriff’s deputies at the Polk/Jasper County line. She was taken to jail.
