• Gregory J. Bologna, 28, of Newton was arrested and charged with violation of a no-contact order at 9:10 a.m. Saturday after he allegedly climbed through a window and into the home of a protected party while hiding from authorities. According to a police report, officers were called to South Hampton Court #3, where a female victim stated Bologna was trespassing. Police said Bologna had left the scene before officers arrived. It was later determined he was hiding in the house during the a search of the outlying area, and he was eventually found by police walking at the intersection of South Eighth Avenue East and East Eighth Street South, a few blocks from the scene of the alleged violation. Bologna was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
