Monroe Kiwanis raises $10,000 for park

The Monroe Kiwanis recently presented a check for $10,000 to the Monroe Recreation Park to be used toward the completion of the concession stand. James Breckenridge, on behalf of the Monroe Kiwanis, drafted and submitted a Special Needs Grant application to the United Way of Jasper County last fall.
