The 2012 South Iowa Cedar League All-Conference teams will likely be remembered as “Lynnville-Sully, and then everyone else.”

The SICL recently released its postseason honors, and all the Hawks received one. Literally. Every starter for Lynnville-Sully earned either first or second-team all-conference, while one other received honorable mention.

Earning first-team recognition for the Hawks was freshman pitcher Madison Rasmusson (unanimous), senior first baseman Brianna James, freshman second baseman Shelby Davis, senior outfielders Abby Van Wyk and Amelia DeWitt and senior utility player Sydney Brand.
