Zoey Henry enjoys a cup of tea with her “Fancy Nancy” doll during the Newton Public Library’s “Fancy Nancy” Tea Party on Friday. “Fancy Nancy” is a children’s book character who likes
everything fancy, and participants in the tea party read “Fancy Nancy” stories, enjoyed tea and
cupcakes, made a butterfly craft and took advantage of a perfume and nail polish station. Flowers for the event were donated by Courtyard Floral, and volunteers who assisted were Susan Hawk, Courtney Claussen, Carissa Miller, Azalea Mastio and Sabrina Gooding.
