Norma June Osborn Barclay was born Sept. 25, 1935, at Bethany, Mo., and passed away July 17, 2012, at the Forest City Good Samaritan Center in Forest City, Iowa.

A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at the Newton Memorial Park Cemetery in Newton. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.

She was united in marriage to Richard Barclay in 1963. For several years Norma was employed at the Vernon Company in Newton.  She was also a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter 647 in Newton, Iowa.
