Man allegedly helped teen in Manchester killings
MANCHESTER (AP) — Authorities say a man charged in the deaths of a Manchester couple helped the couple’s grandson by suggesting ways to kill them.
Nineteen-year-old Brandon Ahlers of Manchester was arrested Monday on two counts of aiding and abetting in first-degree murder in the deaths of Richard and Janet Sweet. They were found shot to death in their home on May 13.
Their grandson, 17-year-old Isaiah Sweet, is charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree murder.
