In reply to “Are gay parents worse parents?” published Friday in the Newton Daily News:

Mark Regnerus’ study, titled “New Family Structures Study,” has been getting a lot of attention since its release, both by conservative and liberal audiences. The study, contrary to many scientific studies over the years, has stated that same-sex couples are not as well suited to parent as traditional married, opposite sex couples. What people don’t understand, as Mona Charen’s article shows, is that Regnerus’ study has several flaws.
