Flag Retirement Ceremony

In honor or Flag Day on Thursday, members of Boy Scout Troop 354, Pack 354, Pack 356, and Troop 308, with direction from American Legion Post 355 of Kellogg, held a flag retirement ceremony at Silent City Cemetery in Kellogg. Hundreds of worn-out flags were retired in the traditional method of burning.
