JCCB offering frog program
The Jasper County Conservation Board will offer a new series on discovering frogs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at the Newton Arboretum beginning this week.
The educational sessions for 3- to 5-year-olds will be discovery-based, focusing on encouraging first connections with the natural world and instilling a sense of wonder that will last a lifetime. Each program will include a story, an activity and group-directed exploration. The program is free and open to the public.
