O’Connor, Mustangs fend off Roland-Story 5-3
PRAIRIE CITY — Much like a few of his current teammates, Prairie City-Monroe senior Sean O’Connor missed the first few baseball practices due to his appearance at the state track meet.
And also like a few of his teammates, O’Connor doesn’t look like he has any catching up to do.
O’Connor hit a two-run home run, earned the save and made a highlight-reel catch as the Mustangs (4-1, 3-0 Heart of Iowa Conference) defeated Roland-Story by a final of 5-2 Wednesday night.
