Vote Heartsill during Republican primary June 5

To the Editor,

After the last redistricting, the southeast corner of Jasper County now is a part of State House District 28. This district, which also is made up of most of Marion County and about half of Lucas County, includes the communities of Monroe, Lynnville, Sully and Reasnor, and comes all the way up to the southern border of the Newton city limits (Palo Alto Township). If you live in this new House district, I would like to commend to you my friend, Greg Heartsill, for the Republican Primary on June 5.

Greg is a small business owner in Marion County; a committed Christian; a family man; a man of principle, character and integrity; and a man who loves our state and our nation. I’ve known Greg and his family for many years and I’m convinced that he will be an outstanding and honorable representative of the people of southeastern Jasper County.

Greg has adopted the Iowa State motto as a central theme of his campaign: “Our liberties we prize, and our rights we will maintain.” If prizing your liberties and maintaining your rights is important to you, then I encourage you to vote for Greg Heartsill on June 5. You can learn more about Greg’s campaign and where he stands on the issues at www.HeartsillForIowa.com.
