PCM girls golf tops field at Knoxville
Maddie Peters picked up medalist honors and the Prairie City-Monroe girls golf team picked up another victory at an 18-hole invite at Knoxville on Monday.
The Mustangs shot a 398, sparked by a 92 from Peters, to top a five-team field 20 strokes ahead of second-place Centerville.
The rest of PCM’s top four included a 98 from Hannah Hugen, 103 from Kaitlyn Wilkie and 105 from Cassidy Van Veen. Rounding out the field for PCM were Kelsey Van Veen with a 108 and Rachel Phifer with a 109.
