Art A La Carte sponsoring national restaurant competition
GRINNELL — Newton-based marketing agency Art A La Carte recently announced that it is co-sponsoring a nationwide restaurant competition.
“Iowa’s Best Bite Restaurant Challenge” is a nationwide contest searching for the ideal restaurant concept and restaurateur for a 5,200-square-foot Main Street location in downtown Grinnell. The winner gets a restaurant startup package that includes nearly everything they will need to open a restaurant, including starting inventory, equipment and even startup cash and mentoring by a restaurant management company.
“This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for someone to live their dream,” said Bryan Schultz, of Art A la Carte. “To be able to start a restaurant with little to no debt — and to have the built-in publicity of winning a nationwide contest — is just an incredible advantage.”
