Optimae LifeServices honored with Patriotic Employer Award

On Tuesday, March 13, Optimae LifeServices was honored to be recognized as a “Patriotic Employer” by the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Optimae was nominated for this award by long-time employee, Dan Kline, who is also a member of the National Guard. Kline was deployed in August 2012 and returned home in July 2011.

“Prior to my deployment, I had to go to Army schools and other training in which Optimae encouraged me and supported me throughout, giving me time off when needed and rearranging schedules to better help me out, and thus making life easier and less stressful for me,” Kline said in his submission. “During my deployment, they kept in touch with me, and upon my returning I had my old job waiting for me with new opportunities. They welcomed me back with open arms and were very supportive in helping me get back to work by offering new training if needed and time to get reintegrated within the company. They made it seem like I had never left.”
