Dorothy Snook, 86, of Grinnell died on Saturday, March 31, 2012, at the home of her son in Arlington, Texas.

A funeral service was at 10:30 a.m. today, April 5, 2012, at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell with Rev. Len Eberhart, pastor of the United Methodist Church in Grinnell, officiated. Music was provided by Terence Blaine, organist and Milton Severe, vocalist. Casket bearers were Ron Emerson, Dick Gustafson, Roger Noel, Randy Reavis, Dave Smith and Jim Webb. Honorary Pallbearer was Charles Bethel. Interment followed the funeral service at the Newton Union Cemetery.
