Pancake breakfast at senior center Saturday

Enjoy a pancake breakfast provided by the Newton Lions Club from 7 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the Jasper County Senior Citizens Center, located at 702 E. Third St. S. in Newton.

A freewill offering will be collected, and the proceeds will benefit The Salvation Army Food Pantry.
