Soulful guitarist Bob Pace, along with keyboard accompaniment, will kick off South Skunk Blues Society’s Blues under the Blue Roof series on Monday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Of Pace, Chip Eagle of Blues Revue writes: “Bob Pace is my favorite guitarist in the world, at least tonight while I’m sitting here at the bar in Blues On Grand, one of my favorite blues clubs, watching Bob tear it up.”

In March Bob opened for Blues Legends Jimmy Vaughan and Jonny Lang. At the library, he will be playing with pianist Neil Stoffregen who is also a member of the Soul Searchers and Bonne Finken Band.

Monday’s show at the Newton Library is free and open to the public.

Anyone who has never had the opportunity to see Bob perform owes it to themselves to go see him. Even if you are not a big blues fan, you will truly be amazed at his incredible talent.
