More than 45 vendors filled the DMACC Conference Center on Wednesday evening for the 2011 edition of Ladies Night Out, sponsored by Skiff Medical Center and the Newton Daily News.

“We had more than 200 attend the event and to listen to various presentations,” said Jeff Holschuh, advertising director for the Newton Daily News. “We are very pleased with the turnout. Overall, it was a very successful event.”

A wide variety of local vendors presented goods and services to those attending, and presenters included Skiff Medical Center President and CEO Steve Long, author Sandy Schwarz and Skiff dietician Deb Nilles. A fashion show was presented by CATO.
