Carroll Barr (left) Tom Quick and Billy Rausch in the background, have been working this week on a new sidewalk and parking area at Tires Plus, 220 First Ave. E. Tires Plus owner Bob McCormack said he was considering expanding his business, but thought better of it in light of today’s economy, so he’s just repairing the sidewalk and parking lot near his shop.
