• Ronnie L. Kendall, 48, of Colfax was charged with public intoxication at 9:14 p.m. at Side Tracks Tap, located at 210 High St. in Kellogg. The report states several witnesses told police Kendall was seen getting into an argument with a woman before pulling her hair while she was screaming and laying on the concrete in the back alley by the bar. The woman then ran away, and when police arrived, Kendall was seen sitting inside a vehicle. Police said Kendall stepped out of his vehicle and was unable to maintain his balance well. Police questioned Kendall and determined he was intoxicated, and a preliminary breathalyzer showed he had a BAC above .02.
