Newton Chamber of Commerce updating online apartment guide

The Greater Newton Area Chamber of Commerce will be updating its Newton Apartment Guide and is inviting those with rental properties or apartments to submit their information to be included in the guide.

The apartment guide is a listing of local rental properties and apartments and is a service the Chamber of Commerce provides to those who live in the community, as well as those who are looking to relocate to Newton. The guide is listed on the Chamber’s Web site, www.experiencenewton.com, which receives more than 1 million hits a year and is distributed from the office and included in Relocation Packets.

The Newton Chamber of Commerce encourages those who have rental properties/apartments to e-mail the following information to admin1@iowatelecom.net: name, phone number, name of rental complex, address(es) of rental unit(s), number of units on each property, number of bedrooms, garage availability, handicap accessibility, pets allowed, age restrictions, rental fee and if based on income.
