Steve Green to perform at Pella Christian School today, Saturday
Highly acclaimed Christian music artist Steve Green has joined in partnership with Bible League International to help place Bibles worldwide into the hands of waiting Christians, training and equipping them to grow God’s family in number and spiritual maturity.
Raised on the mission field in Argentina, Green experienced first-hand the work of God as a young boy. He went on to establish Steve Green Ministries, has sold more than 4 million albums and celebrates 25 years of solo music ministry.
“I am pleased to join efforts with the Bible League in their very intentional goal of fulfilling the Great Commission by making Bibles available to those who have yet to hear the Good News,” Green said.
Bible League International currently offers Bibles in approximately 120 languages and has active ministry in more than 60 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, North America and the Soviet Union. As a new Bible League artist partner, Green is now available to perform concerts for churches and other audiences in support of Bible League International ministry, providing the Gospel message to people throughout these nations.
Green’s music has been honored with four Grammy nominations, 13 number one songs and seven Dove Awards, Christian music’s highest honor. His latest release, “Always — Songs of Worship,” features a collection of well-known contemporary worship favorites, as well as some new songs.
