Anyone wishing to adopt a family through the St. Nick’s Christmas Club may do so by visiting the Newton Daily News from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
In 2008, 600 children in Jasper County received gifts during the holidays through the St. Nick’s Christmas Club.
