Local 4-Hers receive awards

Jasper County 4-Hers received awards for their record keeping ability at the annual awards program on Nov. 1 at the Jasper County Fairgrounds.
During the award ceremony, 129 students involved in 4-H were awarded for keeping records for their 4-H projects throughout the year and turning in their record keeping systems.
Several students received record keeping awards for their entries in the Ag and Natural Resource Division, and Kilian Van Soelen of Monroe, Kelsey Vanden Hoek of Lynnville and Annabelle Blair of Newton were the recipients of the Senior Awards Trip to Chicago.
