Geocaching event Nov. 21

A geocaching program is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at Lake Red Rock.

Attendees should meet at the Red Rock Visitor Center. Geocaching uses the technology of GPS (Global Positioning Systems) to search for hidden caches. Participants will learn some of the basics during the program and then head outside to search for caches hidden around the lake area. Attendees should bring their own GPS or may borrow one from the visitor center. There is no charge to participate.
