Investigators petition for care facility access

Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa
The Jasper County Care Facility has been sitting empty since it was closed in 2000, and vandalism as well as wild animals have contributed to its deterioration over the years. Now the researchers are raising signatures on a petition in hopes of changing the supervisors’ position. Photo by John Jennings/Daily News
