Disaster Assistance

Submitted Photo Working under the auspices of Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, Newton Presbyterian churches have provided more than 200 days of volunteer work in storm damaged areas of New Orleans as well as Clarksville and Cedar Rapids. Ten youth and six adult volunteers (pictured above) from Presbyterian Churches in Newton recently worked to clear debris, furniture and appliances from homes in the Cedar Rapids area.
